Casa Nunes - Pinhao

Stayed at a place with a fancy pool and great WiFi. Had my own private pool too, made me feel like a queen. Even had a balcony and kitchenware, in case I wanted to cook. which I didn't.

Towels provided, thank goodness. How else would I dry myself after the pool?

Lovely rooms with AC, good shower, and free parking. Well-equipped kitchen, generous breakfast, and complimentary water. 2 mins walk to picturesque train station, 10 mins to beautiful quayside. Nicely decorated, hot water, great wifi. Attentive hosts via WhatsApp. Amazing B&B, delicious breakfast, fresh croissants, lovely family. Beautiful, clean, well-equipped with AC, curtains, and outdoor pool. Incredible location, close to wineries and dining. Incredibly well-equipped, thoughtful touches, welcoming. Fantastic place, so welcoming, great amenities. Valuable real insights.

Our family had a fantastic visit to the Natur Waterpark, just a short drive from Casa Nunes. The kids had a blast on the thrilling water slides and enjoyed playing in the pools and splash areas. The park was well-maintained and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a perfect place for a fun-filled family day out!

My kids wished there were more food options available at the Natur Waterpark.

Our stay at Casa Nunes was fantastic! The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including effective air conditioning to beat the intense heat. The highlight was definitely the outdoor pool with breathtaking views. The location was perfect, close to the train station and within walking distance of the river for boat trips. The owner and her family were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.

celebrating birthday in pinhao, Casa Nunes exceeded expectations. well-decorated, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water, great wifi, and attentive host. provision of breakfast, ham, and cheese, plus thoughtful touches like fruit and coffee/tea facilities. fantastic place, felt very welcome.

parking was a problem.

The property is gorgeously decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped. Hot water is abundant and the wifi is great. The air conditioning works perfectly and the morning bread and ham were a delightful surprise. The daughter was incredibly attentive and helpful, while the brother assisted with the parking issue. an exceptional stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B in Portugal. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing a delicious breakfast every morning. The highlight was definitely the roof terrace with a stunning view of the Douro valley and a refreshing swimming pool.

The village itself had limited activities, so I felt a bit bored after 24 hours.

The apartment was incredibly well equipped with a generous breakfast provided, including ham and cheese in the fridge and bottles of water. The thoughtful touches like fruit in a bowl and a selection of condiments made us feel welcome. The location was also key, just a short walk from the train station and the beautiful quayside area. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and cool, with air conditioning and a good shower.

The only downside was the road outside the property being under repair, which meant we couldn't park directly outside. However, this was not the fault of the owners and was mentioned on a notice.

Plenty of hot water for showers. Wifi connectivity and air con were great. the provision of bread, ham etc. in the morning was very welcome. the main communication with the daughter of the family via WhatsApp was very attentive and helpful.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaint.
